The second Sunday in July is Sea Sunday, July 12 this year, and in the Anglican Communion we pray for seafarers and the Missions that help seafarers: the Mission to Seafarers, the Apostleship of the Sea the Ministry to Seafarers and the International Sailors Society. You may want to sing the Mariners’ Hymn, ‘Eternal Father, Strong to Save’ and say a prayer, prayers and worship resources can be found on www.missiontoseafarersthunderbay.ca under ‘History & Tradition’.
