The Blessing of the Fleet was held on Saturday, June 20, 2026 with 13 vessels participating. It was a damp day with showers just before it started. But it was a good reminder that mariners have to be prepared to face all kinds of weather. Thank you to the City of Thunder Bay, the Thunder Bay Port Authority, and the Thunder Bay Yacht Club for their support. Thank you to the Macgillivary Pipe Band for coming out. The Mission to Seafarers is hoping to offer the Blessing of the Fleet again in 2027.
